Our guarantee is quite simple…

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it in like-new condition (unscratched jewelry, etc.) with all packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less any shipping costs).

Custom Orders are not included in our money back guarantee.

Due to the nature of custom work, we DO NOT offer a money back guarantee on our custom orders (as detailed on our custom order page).  If you are unsatisfied with the craftsmanship of your new custom design, we will do our best to fix the issue.  Please contact us or call us toll free at (800)619.5981 if you have any questions or concerns. To return or exchange an item, please complete the following steps:

1. Call us toll free at (800) 619.5981 (like our dogs, we don't bite) so that we can discuss options with you and see what we can do for you right away.
2. If it's decided that a return/exchange is needed, return the item in its original packaging (the original jewelry tin etc.) in like new condition (unscratched jewelry etc).
3. Include a copy of your invoice with the returned item and let us know why you aren't satisfied with your purchase. We are constantly striving to have the best product and customer service available and greatly appreciate our customers' opinions.

We suggest using an insured shipping method (FedEx, UPS, DHL etc.) as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items, nor will we credit or reimburse your account for lost or damaged items.

We will credit your account in the manner of payment upon receiving the item.  If there are any issues we will contact you.
